this cat from Chongqing, China has suddenly sprouted wings. “Some experts believe the bony ‘wings’ are in fact a freak mutation - a Siamese twin growing inside the kitty. Others think the mutation may be genetic, caused by chemicals during his mother’s pregnancy.”
